4. Scope of Services

  • Cooperate promptly with project managers and respond to revision or approval requests.
  • The Author bears sole legal responsibility for submitted content.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Authors retain complete ownership and copyright over their manuscripts and materials.
  • The Company may use limited content (e.g., cover images or book titles) for promotional or testimonial purposes unless the Author opts out in writing.
  • The Author grants the Company a non-exclusive, temporary license to use materials solely for fulfilling the contracted services.

10. Service Delivery and Timelines

  • Project timelines vary depending on service type, scope, and client responsiveness.
  • Time estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays caused by incomplete materials or external factors may extend project completion dates.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to project outcomes.
  • We do not guarantee book sales, chart rankings, or commercial results.
  • Liability for direct damages is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.

12. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to protect confidential and proprietary information.
  • Client data and manuscripts are never shared externally except for necessary fulfillment or legal compliance.
  • All staff and contractors are bound by non-disclosure agreements.

13. Marketing and Advertising Compliance
